This house takes its form loosely from that of coral, with an organic, curving roof, covered in grass, under which the rooms are clustered. This roof defines the house and gives the house its spirit. But it also shades the rooms, providing overhangs that keep the rooms naturally cool, reducing their need for mechanical cooling.

At the centre of the house is a courtyard from which every room can be accessed. Those rooms are then arranged depending on their need for privacy, solitude or views.
